You call, we talk for a few minutes about what's going on and what you're hoping for, and you get a feel for whether working together seems right. There's no pressure and no obligation—just a conversation.

If we're a good fit, we'll schedule your first session, either at my office on SW Federal Highway in Stuart or by telehealth. Sessions are $160, I offer a sliding scale when cost is a barrier, and most insurances are accepted. From there, we go at your pace—my approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and built on trust rather than timelines.
